Please be advised that making a payment online, once your water service has been disconnected, does not automatically schedule the reconnection of your water service. All reconnection fees, late penalties and deposits must be paid before service will be reconnected. If your water service has been disconnected and you make a payment online, to re-establish service you must call our customer service line at 244-4000 Monday through Friday 7am-6pm.
